Notes

  • The Spanish Consent form must be completed and notarized.
  • The English version of the Consent form is only a reference, you do not need to complete it or return it.
  • The main application form must be accompanied by
    • A $150 deposit.
    • A letter of recommendation.
    • Two recent passport-sized photographs.
    • A one-page essay:  "Why I Wish to Participate in TORCH"
  • After filling out the forms and completing the essay, the paperwork, photographs, and your deposit should be mailed to your trip leader.
  • Checks should be made out to TORCH Missions
